Our story
COFEX was founded in 2019 with a simple idea: do things properly and rigorously, right from origin.
It started with a group of young Dominicans who decided to break with the informality of the traditional agricultural model, professionalising it and focusing it on exotic fruit with international potential.
Over time the project brought in technical, business and creative profiles, adding a design mindset and a culture of detail at every stage. Today COFEX combines its own production, supervised local sourcing and its own packing facility.
Its value lies not only in the fruit but in how the work is done: full traceability, visual control and a constant commitment to quality, service and a positive impact on its surroundings. Every box that leaves the country is an extension of that philosophy.
